As per new character transfer rules (Linkage - subrule 3), this is the character receiving ISK, and it will be in a NPC corp once reserve is reached (subrule 8) 24h before deadline.
If reserve is met in less than 24h before deadline, allow up to 24h more for transfer requirements to be met (at most).

Awfully sorry, lost sight of the auction due to RL issues and belated first reply, contacting above posters to see if they're still interested.

EXTENDING AUCTION IN CASE ABOVE POTENTIAL BUYERS NO LONGER INTERESTED.
Robocop gets 24h from the moment the server comes back online after today's patch to confirm wether he still wants the character (and I start the drop-to-NPC-corp process).
In case Robocop does not respond in 24h after that, Musashibou Benkei will be notified.
In case Musashibou Benkei does not respond in his additional 24h, auction reopens.
Please also send an in-game EVE-mail to Akita T if you make a post in this thread and I fail to acknowledge it.

Also to answer the question asked - yes, character is and will be in highsec empire (one of the jumpclones is in Solitude highsec though, rest are empire highsec).
